Make transparent stickers that look good on light, dark, colored, and patterned chat backgrounds with clean cutouts, readable borders, shadows, and small-size previews.

Remove the rectangle

A visible square background makes a sticker feel pasted on top of the chat. Transparent exports help it feel native.

Protect the subject with padding

Leave enough space around the edges so the artwork is not clipped in the picker or chat bubble.

Use a clean outside treatment

A white stroke, subtle shadow, or both can separate the sticker from any wallpaper without making it noisy.
